Dr. Howard opened his practice in 1986. He and his staff enjoy getting to know each and every patient on a personal level. It is our goal to provide you with the best quality care in a relaxed and family friendly environment.
Our Office
We understand that going to the dentist isn’t something that most people look forward to, and may even be stressful for some patients. That’s why we strive to provide a relaxed and friendly, low-stress environment to give you with the best dental health services in upstate South Carolina. We have some of the latest equipment that helps us to diagnose issues quickly and allows quick turn-around of many dental procedures.
Meet Our Team
Dr. Ernest J. Howard
Dr. Howard is a native of Greenville. He is a proud graduate of Wade Hampton High School and the University of Georgia. He then continued his education at the Medical University of South Carolina where he earned his D.M.D.
Dr. Howard is an active member of the Greenville Dental Society, Piedmont Dental Society and American Dental Association. He also volunteers his time at the Greenville Free Medical Clinic. For Dr. Howard, dentistry is more than just a job. He has a genuine interest in his patients and is compassionate and caring to their needs.
Dr. Howard has been married to his wife Cathy for 25 years and they have 3 daughters. He enjoys woodworking, football games and traveling. He especially enjoys rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Stacey Cisson
Stacey is our dental hygienist and has been with our office since 2003. She is a graduate of Greenville Technical College and brings 15 years of experience to our practice.
Stacey is a native of Pickens and lives in Greenville with her husband and two dogs. She is an avid Clemson fan and enjoys traveling to games, going to the beach, reading and spending time with her friends and family.
She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them achieve healthy dental habits.

Julie McCoy
Julie is our dental assistant. She has been with our office since 2007.
She is a graduate of Greenville Technical College and brings over twenty years of experience to our practice. Julie enjoys her job and takes pride in getting to know our patients. She is considerate of the needs of our patients and puts them at ease. She is a native of Greenville and still resides in Greenville.

This is state of the art machine allows us to make your crown in our office and you can even watch it being made.
No more messy impressions with gunk in your mouth. Digital images are taken to provide you with a crown that fits with exact precision. The CAD CAM machine will then mill the crown within minutes while you wait. A final inspection of the crown is made and you are on your way with your brand new crown.

The Panorex X-ray
The Panorex X-ray is a single two dimensional picture of all your teeth and surrounding bones. This x-ray will allow us to check your nasal and sinus cavities for any abnormalities such as tumors or cysts. It will also help us develop a treatment plan if you need fillings, extractions, braces or other dental work. We can also take Bitewing x-rays for the detection of cavities.
